Street wirerope hoists include the ZX series with a load capacity of up to 80t, the VX series for even more demanding conditions (working class up to 5m according to FEM, higher speeds, straight lift standard …) up to a load capacity of 200t, and custom lifts for special solutions.
Street wirerope hoists are distinguished by a unique feature: the brake and the lifting motor are separated. In this way, we ensure better cooling of both components. Due to the installation of the brake on the gear unit, the load is safe even in the event of an engine failure or engine shaft.

Standard-sized brakes on engines without frequency control wear quickly and overheat in demanding situations. The result is higher maintenance costs and consequently high production downtime costs. But Insem – Atmos has a solution!
Because the brake is installed outside the motor housing, there is enough space to install a larger brake (even up to 3 levels) if necessary, for more intensive work with many fine settings (many starts) in a short period of time.
